Student Ambassador- Kyle Skousen

Kyle Skousen is our Student Ambassadors for Corning High School. If you see Kyle around Corning High, be sure to ask him for a referral card, and you will get a free 8x10 picture with your senior portrait package! We really enjoyed the session with Kyle at the Deseret Ranch in Corning. We couldn't believe how large the Ranch was, and I finally got to see what my little brother, Austin, has been telling us about. There were so many great settings for pictures, and Kyle was able to take us to several of them. Even then we only covered just a small fraction of the Ranch. Thanks again, Kyle, for being our Corning High Student Ambassador!

Sneak Peek - Bailey Dudley

Bailey, like Trevor was great to work with. She was extremely well prepared and had several great outfits from which to choose. On top of all that, she is gorgeous! We especially loved her new cowboy boots!

Student Ambassador - Trevor Gipson

Trevor is one of our two Student Ambassadors for Red Bluff High School. If you see either him or Bailey Dudley around Red Bluff High, be sure to ask them for a referral card, and you will get a free 8x10 picture with your senior portrait package! It was great working with Trevor and Bailey. They reminded us a lot of us, mainly because they are high school sweet hearts, too. Our first stop for the portraits was Red Bluff High. It was weird going back to Red Bluff High and walking around because it has changed so much and so many new buildings have been added. We also would like to thank Mr. Null for recommending Trevor and Bailey for our ambassadors. We couldn't have asked for better families to work with.

Addilynn-Olivia Sneak Peek!

Addilynn-Olivia celebrated her first month today! What better way to celebrate it than by taking her baby portraits at her grandma and grandpa's fruit stand in Dairyville, Ca. The Burlisons' fruit stand was a great location to take unique, meaningful portraits! Addilynn-Olivia was very well behaved and tried her best to cooperate despite all that we put her through. I can't decide whether she disliked being placed more on the cold scale or the cold watermelon.

Doug and Jessica: Engagement Sneak Peek!

We were lucky enough to photograph Jessica and Doug two days after he proposed to her! Jessica was up from San Diego visiting family in Redding and knew we were going to do her portraits. Little did she know that Doug was going to surprise her by flying up here and proposing to her, and that in reality we were planning on taking their engagement photos! We had a great time photographing the couple at Turtle Bay Botanical gardens and the Sundial Bridge. We can't wait for their wedding next fall at The White Orchid Beach House in Maui!

Tim and Nichole Mishoe: Wedding

Nichole and Tim's wedding was held on September 5, 2009 in Los Molinos, CA, and it was such an ideal wedding! We couldn't have asked for a better couple or location for their wedding! What could be better than a wedding not even 5 minutes down the road from our house with gorgeous weather and a gorgeous Bride. We originally received the inquiry from the mother of the bride about our availability for their wedding. While on the phone she mentioned she recognized our phone number as a Los Molinos number. We got to talking and realized that we both lived along Mill Creek, and then we realized that we both lived and on the same road. We drive by her house almost everyday! It was great to finally meet our neighbors at the celebration, and we are so glad that our website brought us into contact with Nichole and Tim!

Retrofit at Johnny's Cat House

Last weekend we went and took pictures of Retrofit's gig up at Johnny's Cat House in Redding, CA. It was a blast to do a band shoot and the music was great!

Wedding: Karli and Joseph Hurton

Here is a sneak peek of the Hurton wedding that was held on August 29th, 2009 in Red Bluff, CA. The wedding was limited to family, and, because of that, it made it all the more obvious to us how supportive and loving everyone was. Everything was perfect (but I think everyone would agree that the weather could have been a bit cooler). Poor Karli had to endure bridal portraits in 103 degree weather in a gown. Thanks, Karli! We got some great images! We also loved that she wanted to incorporate some pictures with her pink soccer ball and cleats. Those pictures were adorable!
